I listened to the teleconference , but I did not get that from it. I thought that the reason they formed the shell was for the actsoft acquisition, and that is why Frank Moody left his position in HISC. I will have to go back and listen again. I will also call Ian either tomorrow or Thursday and get an update from him. I am a shareholder for about a year now. I just found this thread. Thanks for the reply.
