While True, VFIN Is Still Dumping/Shorting

There were multiple rally attempts last week that were halted by VFIN. They may take this down to .0002/.0003 if the buyer(s) pause.

On the positive side, the buyer(s) can move this in a hurry because the Asks appear to be thin on the way up. Does anyone on this board know when to expect a court ruling? I would think sometime this month but that is just a guess on my part.
