An RS would be a death sentence for current holders IMO. They almost always are, even when handled well or for reasonable reasons like actual Nasdaq listing...but, Nasdaq isn't an option and would require a minimum 1 for 40,000, among other things. Sales, a ton of sustained sales, is pretty much the only option. Filings aren't too far off, hope for historically high sales and a ton of subsequent events. Glta.
