Are you aware that the Tax Court decision came down in February of 2015? ERHC waited a year to even tell us about it. So, it wasn't a few days before drilling when all this happened. The IRS has nothing to do with the Tax Court decision timing other that they are a party to it along with ERHC.

After the Tax Court decison, the IRS deficiency notice would have been issued which ERHC did not pay. It was only then that the IRS rightly decided to put a lien on ERHCs assets. I just don't see a conspiracy theory here. What I do see is that, once again, ERHC should have told us about something that was very material and they didn't do it. Did they break the law? That is not for me to decide.
