Why do that if the good Doc PSS already owns 80% of a clean debt-free shell worth 30MM NOLs too?
KEYO shell would of been halted from trading for the RTM process. The shell structure is still good, just not PUBCO right now. The shell can be reinstated and IMHO will be with the NANT-Works RTM!
