The Tax Court decision was decided a long time ago and ERHC has known the result of the audit for years. I think ERHC was gambling that they could hide it from us and from the market for years until drilling occurred. They lost that gamble.

I see nothing politically motivated. I see management doing what they usually do. Screw things up and then try to hide it from us as long as possible.
