Uplist to WHAT!!!
They can't uplist to OTCQB until a 1:10,000 reverse split.
NYSE - they don't even come close to 1 requirement for listing!

They owe a ton of money. They have toxic debt. Who would be acquired by such a company? Only one in even worse shape.
