I thought I responded to you on this. Up listing is a future activity and this company will trade in dollars eventually. Also the 85 percent shares are restricted and being held for investment. No need for a RS.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
