That's what I love. The company didn't need to file a lawsuit but did, now Kodiak, BMAK, etc. have something on their hands they don't want to deal with. And looking at the pacer Cheeky posted things are moving right along. A lot of options that all favor the shareholders yet it's posted by doubters that's it's a waste of time. How as a shareholder would this be a negative thing? Oh yes, the key, you have to be a shareholder.
I ran it by a securities legal buddy of mine, he told me what he would do if he was BMAK, Kodiak, etc. I won't post it but it sure would help the short term PPS here and cost them a lot less in fines, headaches, and court time.
Next few weeks, boom age..
