I had to sell my 1962 T-Bird in 1998 because the body bottom was so rusted and warped that it FAILED New York State inspection. I think it got warped when sagging on the lift when I changed the ball joints. If you removed the floor mat you could see the road whizzing by through the hole in in the floor in back of the accelerator pedal. I sold it for $450.
