don;t worry you are seeing that dilution now ,i don;t believe its good at all. they just did a reverse split last year getting the shares down making it a lean and could of be mean stock .but this guy loves dealing with toxic lenders look at [txhe]. diluted the hell out of it and now he's back to killing this stock with the dilution. so we know for a fact it has started and i say there other ways to get funding then to kill shareholder with toxic debt peroid.....kazzz
