I think ALY is mainly a landbased oil services firm. The rigs leaving the Gulf won't be a disaster for oil services, depending on their specialty. There is so much repair work for pipelines that there is still no spare capacity for boats and the submersibles to inspect the pipelines. I assume the pipe companies are still backed up.
