Has anyone read the actual lawsuit and ascertained what it is actually for? And is willing to inform the rest of us?

The really interesting (and telling) thing about the notice published on the Byran company website is that it doesn't actually state whether it was acquired, entered a joint venture, something else entirely or is still a stand alone company owned by the same person/people as before. It only says it apologizes for "any confusion and embarrassment created by the rumored acquisition of the Company". It makes no statement as to the truth about those rumors nor does it even deny them. It just says they are "still here to service your advanced manufacturing requirements". That would be true if they were not acquired or if they were. If there was a false rumor about my company being acquired the first thing I'd say is its not true. This just says they apologize. For what? Not telling there customers? Not realizing they were getting taken for a ride? This notice does 2 things for me: (1) it confirms the acquisition did actually occur and (2) they aren't happy with it and are trying to get out of it (whether that's because they were defrauded, scammed, still haven't been paid whats due, they screwed up and Tony pulled a fast one on them or something else).
