it involves NITE too.

If LFWK hasn't issued shares to finance its business ... the increased in A/S is for reverse mergers ... I think we don't have to worry about the pipe funding. However we have Gottabetter represent us on filing and all. IF it is in bed with NITE and other shorties, they might be helping on the delaying the paperwork or give those crooks warning.

Either way, I don't like Gottabetter to represent us. This is just my opinion.
