That is not unusual - since they are not "filings" and are just paid advertisements, many of those companies just include the information they want people to read. That is how they differ from actual filings made with the SEC, and another reason why no one should believe anything included in those OTCMarkets documents.
It is not as if there is any consequences for not including the information. There is none. If it were an SEC filing, the SEC would issue a comment letter and force them to fix the issue and provide the information. OTCMarkets is not a regulator - no one reviews those documents and Company's can omit and lie as much as they want.
Why would anyone invest a cent in a non-SEC registrant? All they do is lie.
