They would need to follow it with someone who is viable. Draw attention to the stock. The CS b.s. is something that is needed to get this stock moving or anything about them doing anything, but if anyone who does there DD will find this stock is doa. The key individuals mentioned in PR are no longer involved. There is nothing at the current time to make this stock do anything other than what it is doing now and that is nothing.
