Interesting! From what we had gathered over a year ago or so. Mati was trying to take over the shell from Michel and clean it up..etc blah blah blah, but Michel was not wanting to work with him..or at least agree to Mati's terms.

Last we heard was that he was considering suing Michel for the debt that was owed to him...something around $2MM?

This is the startup that Mati was wanting to roll into DIAAF.
