Continue to see mostly matched trades.. Basically all the volume is dilution going to the few buyers that show infrequently.

I expect this to continue until a time where Kallo can eliminate the minor debt and conversions and use contract related funds to blossom. Could be a month, could be 6 months, could be never....

ITD is the key, IMO. I can't see how any financial institution would release funds for material and labor to begin construction of the hospitals and clinics without a facility and capacity to initiate.. ITD appears close. Any residents of the area know if ITD has begun to hire or advertise for the additional positions necessary to execute construction contract with Kallo??
