For those cos that are traded on Pinks, Company issued "forward looking statements" provide zero value since all of them are bias and hardly verifiable or implementable long term, and there is absolutely no substantive evidence from them. The facts I trust the most are third party presented who might end up liable for the evidence such as 10Ks with reputable external auditors, most importantly PCAOB registered with rotating partners; next is market specific data such as frequency of trading, size of transactions, bid/ask, spread, hidden shares, movability, type of MMs and the size of liquidity.........etc anything and everything that is independently verifiable and factual. And finally social signals where statements directly reflect on share price, certain wording, presence of certain messages etc..........I have my ways, again, anything coming from the company with multiple clauses on the bottom to protect themselves from liabilities represent zero value for me. imo
