I wonder if it's necessary to conjure up EVERY scary scenario or to imagine EVERY possible circumstance where ERHC MIGHT lose its' rights.

Why look for troubles we know not of.

I kinda doubt WB is wringing his hands over this as the board is. My guess is he's working on the business end of things in preparation for other deals or moving the company forward.

This "losing rights" speculation is farther out than we need to go, IMO.
And pointless?
