EDV.to/EDVMF -.82 to C$12.05 Endeavour acquiring True Gold

new mine in Burkina Faso set to startup in weeks. Will add 110 to 120K oz to production. Purchase valued at C$191 million. Financing is pretty easy because of previous anti dilution arrangement with big investor, La Mancha, who will buy C$82.6million in new shares to maintain their percentage equity position in Endeavour.

Endeavour has production, cash and the financial savvy to acquire producing or near producing assets at a fair price. Sooner or later, the market is going to value Endeavour more like other mid tier producers and then the price should move towards a double from here.
