Heres the way i see it. The news here really hasnt changed since dec. except for a new acquisition and the fact he believes he can settle 5 mill of debt. In dec i was told the same thing that if litigation doesnt get settled then bankruptsy is an option and the litigants will get nothing. No one wants that. Another concern i have is how late filings are. If we dont start getting reports by july 15 we will go to skull and crossbones. This doesnt seem to bother df. It does me. People tend to not buy when you have a stop or crossbones on otc site. Again, for some reason David is unaffected by this. Getting filings out seem to be low priority. My only thought is that if they cant get litigation settled then filings wont matter
