Dr.Bill, I think Grifco is NOT a scam. I am ready to say that in any place.

The reason I sold 2/3rd of my holdings is due to the yesterday's press release which was
a big let down for long term longs. It showed utter disregard for moral obligation towards the loyal longs.
As a mark of protest I sold my shares. I am holding on to remaining shares and I will not sell them till the
very end. We differ on many things about Grifo

1) You are saying : Grifco is a printing machine and they are diluting big time.

My take : I don't agree with that.

2) You are saying : Lyamec is bailing out by releasing pump PRs

My take : Not at all. I think they want to be around Global Oil forever.

3) You are saying : O/s is way more than 40 million

My take : I think it is less than 40 million.

I can go on and on. I am waiting to see what Grifco does next. If I like their next action, I don't mind
paying more than what I sold for this morning.
