Mercedes, I'm by no means a tech expert so I cannot fully put a pulse on all things from a technical perspective. A big reason I continue to lurk here as a former long is to piece the puzzle. As I've mentioned, my initial (speculative) investment was based on a "leap of faith" in the GW tech and I always felt ANY remained an enigma while I held on to my shares.

Not diving heavily into technical jargon, here are some troubling things I've come across without getting too lengthy:

Why hasn't EK been shown the door? He has abysmal record in meeting numbers. That cannot be understated. I suspect this is the best management team they can muster for the tech they have. Which leads me to believe the tech isn't revolutionary as many have initially claimed. Otherwise executives would be knocking on the door and there would be plentiful options to replace management for not delivering. IMO.

No traction with Dell. An image of glassware In a Dell server was discussed by PB. Shareholders received an Empty Dell Drive PR. If GW wasn't ready for prime time as some here believe, why didn't PB say anything at the time when confronted? Strike

No traction with Google. We were led to believe there was traction with Glassware and Chromebooks. Strike

No traction in education. On a CC it was mentioned that the sales force would be targeting school districts. Pricing plan released on CC. Basically no sales. Strike

Sphere posts their applications to Microsoft Azure, a hosting platform. This tells us Microsoft isn't endorsing Glassware, there is co market and the term "collaborative" is a sphere term for reseller (Sphere Dell drive PR termed "collaborative").

IMO, some longs, looking for signs that there was something deeper with Microsoft pointed to the Partner rep Gannotti's excitement over a Sphere presentation. That makes no sense kf Microsoft initially "vetted" Sphere months ago. Think about it. Not to mention, Gannotti gets excited in other partner presentations. Sphere pays Microsoft and Sphere is a customer of Micorosft here. Microsoft has no part in the sales of Glassware on Azure.

Which leads me to ZDnet and PB. One poster eluded to Sphere being on the Azure market place as a reason not to need ZDnet. That makes no sense because Sphere is simply reselling for Microsoft. Not to mention, Glassware is mutually exclusive from the App hosted by Azure.

What real startup tech company doesn't allow ZDnet to review their tech? If you have a cutting edge tech, especially given the current SP and loss of shareholders, wouldn't you be screaming from the rooftops? That should be troubling. Think about it.

But some here will argue that GW just wasn't ready for prime time. I'm not buying that. Maybe I bought it for a couple quarters. But Sphere was PRing and have been on the record about selling Glassware for over the past year. It's always the next quarter.
Oddly enough, Sphere doesn't even have a category for Glassware sales, it's completely hidden.

If you think I'm off, Don't take my word for it, look at everyone's post histories. It's easy to see the conversations evolve into the "new" topic. Now it's VMWare. There is absolutely 0 evidence that VMware will co-market with Sphere. We know v3 and VMware have a relationship where v3 resells VMware.

IMO 4th should be conf call to discuss future developmens. If management has a solid hand, they will notify the shareholders. If not they will end the call abruptly once again. At the current SP, management needs everything and anything to prop the SP to make it attractive to borrow further down the line as needed. So I expect they won't hide any good news / progress if it's there.

Which leads me to GW simply has deficiencies that management doesn't want the public to know. Sure, some here may have witnessed GW work. BUT, they GW in a specific setting. A tech expert isn't going to base an evaluation on what they saw from afar. No way. Anyway, back to deficiencies---That would explain the lack of traction and sales with glassware. Some posters are giving their reasons (i.e. Lacks encryption, etc) and I don't know if they're true but they seem plausible at this stage.
