AVEW is bankrupt... broke... the wheel is no longer spinning. If the Yelp review is true, (which is not hard to verify) then AVEW cannot pay subcontractors to do work, which translates as to why they can't afford to pay for basics such as $20 bucks for a domain name, business license, office space, and other websites.

This is also intriguing, the person who posted this Yelp review says this:

UPDATE: It is now the middle of February. Permits are still on my window and they have not fixed the drainage issues in the pavilion. They offered to pay for a garden path, pay for some sod and add a concrete pad if I would take this review down. They had a company install the garden path but nothing else has been done. Today we got an affidavit of a lien from the company because they were not paid for the path!! This has honestly been a NIGHTMARE!! Almost a year and this project is not completed. The only person that worked there that gave a damn has since left. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Could this company very well be Countryside? If so, what does it mean if the very company AVEW is tending to purchase is indeed filing liens for AVEW's unpaid bills? Three liens one project, I'd be irate too!
