I trust Marilu over someone else I put up with. Marilu has not given hardheads any insider info, that's a plus. She said we were waiting on signatures, we were. She said a deal was in the works, Hub said it was a new deal (not Koka). Alamode/Universal Spa Deal happened. It wasn't directly due to Bitzio, but Bitzio is certainly included in the deal and should definitely benefit from it. Hub and Mary were certainly aware of the Alamode Deal, and they hinted at it to us (rumor-buy). Then, they payed for a PR for us (the news-sell). We threw it all away like spoiled brats, IMO.
I've heard all the time, for well over a year, from a couple of folks, that a r/s is imminent. It's been almost a year and a half of almost DAILY talk of an r/s......... but STILL NO R/S!!! None of this r/s talk has come true. What Marilu has said, has materialized. No matter how you try to spin it, she didn't LIE. SHE JUST DIDN'T. It's that simple. I've owned businesses, things take a lot more effort than some think, things take time, and a lot of time is spent waiting on others to get things done... which is out of our control, and BTZO's.
When it comes to trust, I know she has more of mine than the r/s preachers. They have never been right, so far. I guess even a broken cluck may be right once every few years. Keep hoping and praying. Eventually, one of these years, the ticker might r/s. Not any time soon, IMO. JMO. Only my opinion. GLTA. Go BTZO!
