Dept of Defense, pffft small potatoes. This would be a PPG connection which is one major reason that I lean toward PPG. The $20M facility PPG completed in China (couple mos ago) is for industrial (automotive/airline) coatings. The DOD clearly is aware of HCT....Mary Cushmac? Yup!
