I really liked the liver & onions jav, but don't eat it now, knowing what that particular organ function was for the animal it sourced from. I'm guessing possum that was raised corn fed would taste a lot better than one that ate whatever it could scrap up. I'd definitely grill one up and give it a try, if I knew it wasn't loaded up with some disease bearing insect or itself obviously diseased. Cleaned and dressed properly it'd be like cooking........what a giant rat? Or small kangaroo? LOL
