maybe. i am no expert. but there seems to be lots of liability with old wells and leases. to be honest, i only have read the cliff notes. but bowieknife and some others here seem to have done excellent due diligence, imo. and they are not at all impressed.
but you could be right. as for a shell, have you looked at slio? i am limited to 3 posts per day, and this my last.
