More than likely Elite will be expanding manufacturing output soon. Better to get someone in early and get them up to speed than to get them in when the need is there. Its called being proactive.

SOPs and familiarization with SOPs and equipment all takes time.
This way the employee does not have to hit the ground running increasing the chances for mistakes.

Also reading through all of those SOPs while getting up to speed on required trainings that are documented and required by the FDA takes time.
