I believe something very similar to the MMAR will be reintroduced along with the MMPR - the goal being that the injunction will be lifted and current license holders will need to get their cannabis authorizations renewed.
When people get their authorizations from a doctor again they will be advised their is a self production option, it may require they either own property or get the approval of the owner involved - there may be mandatory inspections before the license is given.
Doctors will not be giving out extreme dosages unless when it is really necessary, the abuses of the past will be avoided
bah, who knows, it seems to me annual report and the deadline for an MMPR fix is about the same exact date, Aug. 25th, this should be a good year for CGC cannabis production and distribution, next move is in the Liberals hands, be hard to completely stop the MMAR production and dispensries, but they will discourage it through regulatory and financial means
no more jail though, and people won't stop, it will be an interesting next few years
