Meh he just stated the improvement will continue. Never stated numbers. He is slick that way. Notice he never actually gives true hard numbers or hard detail to his wording. He is subtle but gives you an idea of what to expect and doesn't come out incorrect that way. I like his style. Consistent and direct but never shows all his cards.
