My thoughts on the rebranding/consolidation : its a very good thing. We can acquire new companies and let them keep their former identity but that gets confusing. Its so much easier to have one brand with everyone under one umbrella. I currently work for a company that is still 'splintered' and attempting to get everyone on one page and its a pain from my side, so I can only imagine what its like for others on the outside.

Next year, looking back in the rear view mirror, we will wonder how we got along separated. Good things are in the works.
