Insider pretty much knew the earnings from last quarter, knew the approximate production for the first two months of 2016 and knew the deal was 100% and chose to buy. Pretty safe bet that there is little risk in that stock order. I would have liked it better if he bought 200K shares. I'm feeling pretty good about BAA - up 17%, but up 140% on G$$.
