It also says that the company has $19 million shareholder equity which puts the share price around $1.30 immediately.

NGEY currently has $19 million in shareholder equity, due in large part to their land used for Moringa acerage and fish farming assets. NGEY currently has around 14 million shares issued and outstanding, thus a fair value based on shareholder equity of $19 million would be around $1.30 per share.
