Many companies and corporations have subsidiaries which have nothing to do with one another, it's not the scope of the business, it's the financial power which can be utilized.

So yea, the Kevin guy is not necessarily in it for shareholders, he's in it to place two one dollar bills in a heart shaped bed within a no-tell motel, with chocolates and something slippery to induce procreation.

And again there is no way for anyone to claim Marilu is a fraud, not on the ground of non communication.
