Companies with toxic financing on the books generally have some sort of a technical default trigger, which would be the .01 minimum bid requirement, but once they reach .01 they will all hit at once like a Avalanche, and anyone who's been around the OTC long enough knows what I'm talking about.

The question is what were the terms, and I'm very interested to know why they didn't contact everyone.
