Why is it so hard to keep current with filings for these guys?

Company (UMS) is going through a R/M plus going public for the first time so it takes time. There might be a third party aspect so patience is required. Sorry if it does not mean your time frame, but its about TALK ensuring its done right so all investors including yourself benefit in the end.
