i believe i was the one who said telmex, tata etc sounded to be 3-6 months out..that was just my opinion..i didnt go to the sh meeting..but i think that time frame is generous given onev's usual timing of things...telmex was imminent months ago..was on the cusp a month ago..is expeced any day now..so should actually appear in 3-6 months...jmo..but thats how its been...not a bash..i can wait..but it is a fact..
