I wouldn't get to excited about the 6 month deadline, sure it will tell you what direction the government wants to head and that could be great for the share price. I would think though that the court would have to look at the new rules and regulations and see if they are not violating peoples rights. That could have the potential to drag on as long as the Allard decision took, which was what, close to a year and a half? Then there's a definite possibility that there will be appeal after appeal from the MMAR side, this could drag on for a couple years sad to say.
