Try to be balanced

Under existing Rules non-Accredited investors are excluded from nearly every single private wealth-creating opportunity except for those created by their immediate friends and family.

What you left out is Non Accredited investors are ALSO EXCLUDED from many wealth diminishing opportunities, like many, MANY private placements for OTC garbage.... or are you suggesting you have the success/failure ratios of all private placement investments?

The rule is there to PROTECT INVESTORS unable to bear the economic risk of these HIGHLY SPECULATIVE investments, akin to any deal done with ADIA...and you know it!! It has NOTHING TO DO with excluding a class of people from making a fortune, more like just the opposite

What youre having a difficult time saying is.... you DO NOT have access to Accredited Investors, or any that will accept your guidance, therefore youre left with only NON ACCREDITED Investors, like the ones you want to offer an ADIA funding opportunity to.

Thats the real issue, isnt it.. Why dont you just say it!!
