Oh it can be answered but that isnt the topic of this board, I can name off 4 right now and two of which have a tenth of the I/O. But that doesn't make such OTC Securities any less of scam. PTOI may not have blown out the share structure but that is a result of manipulated support of the PPS including management's fraud and painters of the close.
