On the conference call with McGann talking about the strategic alternatives lasted about 30 seconds and it seemed like he wanted to get off that subject as quick as possible. That would lead me to believe that there was a lot more to the strategic alternatives Section of the discussion that was "passed" upon due to the simple reason they have a bad habit of putting their foot in their mouth's and thought 'better shut up and move on before we insert foot in mouth" and screw up the deal.
