I think this chart demonstrates quite well the issues with the PPS. Only been real buying/selling on 4 occasions in the last year. Every rise has been met with selling immediately after, the price then drifts down until the next news. problem now being no real news for over 4 months and the price has just drifted down, volumes as can be seen have been pretty small every day since October, certainly does not support the talk of dilution dilution, looks like people just people getting in and out at low PPS due to boredom/impatience waiting for the next real news. Fairly safe to assume if news does arrive it will climb up, whether it stays up based on the history of the stock is debatable. News would have to be the delivery of all the promises made, lets hope its not another 4 months or turgid action
