Maybe what they're waiting for is to make the news HUGE by announcing the immediate addition of Gray's products to RSHN's marketing lineup. That would mean that starting immediately, we'll begin to profit from their sales as well.

I think they might be trying to get their new website published before the news as well... I keep checking it to see if it's changed.
