Only time an R/S works is when the company is actually selling products and making money but they need funds for a major project.

The only major product here was lining toby's pockets.

he took a 2 week vacation in Hawaii last summer on investors dime.

I made $1300 on this stock in 3 years. pitiful return for the risk.
