To me it just looks like they're funneling money from a public company into a private one, $12M worth! why do that if they're already stakeholders in SBFM? So Advanomics is conveniently behind a firewall, protected, and SBFM is whored around like a slave dog plus a large financial burden is placed on its back, at least that's my take on it :\
