Of the thousands of companies that have signed funding deals as toxic as MDBX you would be lucky to find one that survived. Anyone with more than half a clue would wait till they had cleared out the toxic funding before putting even a penny into the company. At this point a reverse split is 100% assured it is just a matter of when. Even if with some total miracle they turn the company around they will have clean up the share structure and they will do it either when they have to or before they start showing results.
