Awesome FITX lawyer FITX has a number of lawyers. Perhaps for this chore it would have chosen Morgan Petitti, who's listed as company counsel on its OTCMarkets profile page, and who provided the most recent attorney opinion letter to OTCMarkets. It's unclear how Petitti ended up working for FITX, given her background. She and her father, Roger Kimmel, were sued by the SEC in 2011 in connection with a fraudulent oil and gas exploration private placement that had been offered in 2008. The SEC charged Kimmel and others with drafting, reviewing, and distributing a materially misleading memorandum, and dinged Petitti for typing the copies that were given to investors. Petitti also acted as escrow agent for the offering proceeds. In the end, she was enjoined against violating anti-fraud laws, and fined $25,000, but not barred from practicing before the Commission.
