Buzz, I don't think it is 20k - looks closer to 25k to me, but I'll see if your numbers yield anything different. Why do you say 'no way would I agree that they sold for much under 30k'? I'd like to agree with you but I don't see any basis for that, especially when the ECAC seems fairly sure to be around 28-30k, and ISC has said clearly that the TSA is lower margin. They prob wouldn't say that if it was within just a few pct points.
I am concerned that the smaller European airports will end up being like the freight forwarders. The comments in the cc caused me to think it is really a big question mark right now.
re the IDIQ - maybe I missed something but we are simply waiting, right? Waiting for units that are in TSA's hands nearly 3 months now to be deployed, and waiting for them to say what's next. So I don't know what you mean by this: <<MCG should have started this process much much much sooner>> as it seems it is not in MCG's hands.
